Ok, so Im starting a new phase in my exercise routine, I've been working on building muscle the last 2 months and had much success building muscle and gaining a little fat, but I already had a little excess when I began due to a lack of good nutrition and weightlifting. My resutls were:
from the 21st nov 2010 until 4 jan 2011
Bicep - from 16.3" to 17.5"
Forearm - from 12.25" to 12.8"
Thigh - from 25" to 26"
Stomach (handles): 40.5" to 41.5" (gotta love christmas)
Chest: 45" to 47"
Waist -39.5" - 40"
Neck - 16.5" no change
and my weight went from 95kg to 106kg (209lbs to 233lbs)
Some good weight gain, a little fat, a decent amount of muscle, but feelign alittle flabby these days. I need my new routine up and running to get back down to the low body fat I had a year ago. So here's where the results will be recorded!
