chippin away...

So I've been training beyond a level of intensity most would consider lately, and I nver seem to stop.  I'll add that Im writing this before my measurement because I feel leaner and fitter, and pumped.  Here's the measurements

Bicep:  17"
Forearm: 12.3"
Thigh: 26.5"
Stomach (handles): 40.0"
Chest: 46.5"
Waist: 39.0"
Neck:  16.0"
weight:99.9kg (222lbs)

So I've lost a kg, added some size in the chest, and lost a little in the love handles.  Keep chippin' away :)
